What is an animated video invitation?
An animated video invitation is a modern way to share your event details. With engaging motion and design, it offers a more dynamic experience than traditional digital invites. It can be easily shared across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and email, making it both convenient and environmentally friendly.
How do I personalize my video invitation?
All of our video invitations are personalized using your event details. Once your information is received, we begin editing your design. A draft (JPEG file) will be emailed to you within 24 hours for review and approval. After approval, your final video invitation (MP4 file) will be delivered the same day.
Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see our email in your inbox.
What will I receive?
You will receive a high-quality MP4 video file delivered via email. This file can be downloaded and saved to your smartphone, tablet, or computer. No physical item will be shipped.
How can I send my video invitation to guests?
You can share your video invitation through Messenger, iMessage, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email. It is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.
We do not recommend sending via SMS, as file size limitations may reduce video quality.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours.
Can my invitation be created in another language?
Yes, we offer video invitations in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, German, and Dutch. If you need a different language, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
I forgot to include my personalization details. What should I do?
No problem. Simply send us your event details by email, and we will take care of the rest.
Can you change the wording or title?
Yes, all text can be adjusted to fit your event. Invitations can be adapted for various occasions such as weddings, baby showers, birthdays, graduations, and more. Just provide your wording, and we will update it accordingly.
Can you modify the graphics in the template?
At this time, we are unable to modify the graphics included in our templates.
Can I request a different background music?
Yes, background music changes are available. Please refer to the Add-Ons section for more details.
Can you add a clickable link to the video?
Clickable links cannot be embedded directly into MP4 video files.
Do you offer fully custom designs?
We currently offer personalized templates only and do not accept fully custom design requests at this time.
